Delivery within Belgium and in the surrounding countries

We deliver your order in a special packaging that has been extensively tested and approved by DPD and UPS.

​

Within the European Union we work with DPD, outside of this with UPS.

Our standard shipping service consists of:

• Delivery of your order from Monday to Friday.

• Delivery takes place within 3 to 5 workingdays after receipt of your payment for the order.

• You will receive an email or SMS with a 1 hour delivery period on the day of delivery.

• You can pick up your order in a Parcelshop if you are not present at the delivery address.

• Track & trace of your order.

• Signature for receipt is essential when delivering alcohol.

• Insurance of your order up to 520,00 euros per package *

Of course other shipping options are possible, such as FAST DELIVERY and INCREASED INSURANCE

*Not covered is damage that is only discovered after it has already been signed for receipt. The moment the addressee has received the package and a signature has also been issued to the parcel service for receipt of the package, the package is considered to have been delivered and maQUINZE vof ends all liability with regard to damage.
